The ROCKWOOL Fire Barrier Clamping Plate is part of the Rockwool Fire Barrier Fixing System.

Together with the ROCKWOOL Fire Barrier Angle Support, it ensures the barrier can be tightly secured in place, inhibiting the spread of smoke and limiting the potential of a fire on one side of the barrier to ignite combustible materials on the other.

The ROCKWOOL Fire Barrier Clamping Plate is used in conjunction with the ROCKWOOL Fire Barrier Angle Support.

Installation guidelines

To use the ROCKWOOL Fire Barrier Fixing System, bend the tongues of the ROCKWOOL Angle Support out to 90° and impale barrier onto them. The slotted ROCKWOOL Clamping Plate is then fitted by pushing the tongues through the slots, these are then bent over the face of the Clamping Plate completing the process.
